What is the appropriate attire for Gymnastics?
Anything comfortable is fine. We ask for no jeans, tights or socks. Long hair should be tied back.
Are parents allowed in class?
Parents are only allowed in our Baby Gymnast's classes.
Why do we have to contact you before signing up for Big Gymnast's 2 and 3?
This is for safety reasons. Due to these upper levels building of of skills from Big Gymnast 1, we need to make sure those skills can be completed efficiently so no injury comes to the gymnast or instructor when learning more difficult skills.
What happens during evaluations for Big Gymnast's 2 and 3?
If coming in for an evaluation, your student will join in one of our Big Gymnast 1 classes for the day. If we believe they are advanced enough for one of the next levels, the instructor will let you know to sign them up for the appropriate class.

1976 Lewelling Blvd, San Leandro, CA 94579 (Located in the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu building)
What is your refund policy?
If you wish for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the first class. If you contact later than 7 days, we may withhold 20% of the refunded amount.
To reschedule a class, please contact us within 24 hours of class start time.
Refunds will not be given for missed classes. We will offer an alternative make up class in the event of an absence that can be used within the course of the session.
